Our luxurious, spacious apartments are great for couples and business travellers and we welcome children. The large country garden, with very large swimming pool is available to guests. We have chickens roaming around and wild birds enjoy our garden. We are a “green” establishment and make use of solar energy.

We are within walking distance from Buitenverwagting (with 2 restuarants) and Klein Constantia wine farms and Little Stream Café. Safe popular walking trails through Groote Constantia Estate Vineyards. Safe and secure off street parking is available.

Michele's appartment defines luxury and comfort with an energy of being home. Michele, is the perfect host. I truly felt part of the family, while autonomous enough to feel private if/when I needed to. The appartment is located in one of THE most historical areas of Cape Town. The appartment is on the big private property of Michele and Derick, and I was made to feel comfortable to use the property (including beautiful swimming pool!) as if the property was my own. Truly generous. The appartment has all and everything one needs to be comfortable and function, the spaces are large and airy, the finishes of great quality. What a find, While I used Michele's appartment for local private use, I will use Michele's appartment in the future for my corporate needs. Thank you Michele and Derick, you got this right. Well done.

This place is absolutely perfect. Michele was very quick to communicate and always very clear and helpful. The apartment is even better than it looks on the photos. The facilities are all ample and of a very high quality. The air-con was very efficient and much appreciated. The grounds are extensive and with beautiful views of surrounding mountains and vineyards - which are easily walked to for tastings. The swimming pool is very large and again beautifully located. There were some very good and thoughtful provisions on our arrival - including an excellent local wine. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and full of good advice. The best airbnb experience that we have had. Thank you.

Sopra apartment is lovely accommodation in a beautiful part of Constantia. Close to Cape Town but within the historic wine land area. Feels very safe and rural. Within walking distance of Constantia winery’s. The apartment had everything you need, with use of a fantastic pool and gardens. Michele and Derek are very hospitable hosts. Hopefully we will be back soon.

This is the third time I have stayed here. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, beautifully presented and very spacious. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need to self-cater. Michele and Derek are wonderful hosts - always on hand, but never intrusive. They encourage you to make use of the amenities and inviting family over for a meal or a swim is never a problem. The property is fully secure with a comprehensive alarm system. A separate entrance provides easy acces without any inconvenience. I would recommend everyone looking for self-catering accommodation in Cape Town stay here at least once - you will not be disappointed!
